Urgent Notice - LAX2 Service Incident

Dear Valued Customers,

We regret to inform you that our upstream cabinet provider at LAX2, Vault Host, has been unreachable for 2 consecutive days.

After escalation to senior building management, we were informed today that Vault Host’s cabinet services and circuits were disconnected due to unpaid balances.

As a result, all servers located in LAX2 are currently offline, including our management platform hosted within LAX2.

Equipment recovery may now require legal action before access can be granted.

Restoration time is currently unknown. Please prepare for the worst-case scenario, including backup and migration plans.

We sincerely apologize for this unexpected incident and will continue to provide updates.
